We are so excited you are here! This page is the official step to let us know if you’ll be joining us in Mexico for our wedding weekend.
This is not the step where you book your hotel. This is to confirm your attendance and for you to have all of the info in advance before booking.
Because this is a destination wedding at an all-inclusive resort, there are a few important details that help everything run smoothly.

How Our RSVP Works
We’re doing this in two easy steps so you can decide with all the info in hand.
Step 1: Submit Your RSVP
Review all the wedding + hotel details before committing. This is not the step where you book your hotel. After reviewing all details, confirm your attendance by submitting your RSVP. Deadline for confirmations is on March 31, 2026.
Step 2: Book Your Room
After RSVPs close, confirmed guests will receive the official hotel booking link. Booking through that link is required to attend. Deadline for hotel bookings is on October 31, 2026.

Join us for our celebration in Puerto Vallarta! Overlooking the ocean, our wedding will be a shared experience with warm evenings and stunning coastal views.
The resort is all-inclusive, meaning your stay covers meals, drinks, and most amenities, so once you arrive, you can truly relax and just be present.
Your Party Size
Your invitation includes a specific number of reserved guests.
Because of venue capacity and resort agreements:
Only guests listed on your invitation may attend the wedding events
Plus-ones are included only if named
Additional travel companions may stay at the hotel but may not attend the wedding unless invited
Thank you for helping us keep the celebration intentional and within our limits.
Hotel Booking Requirement
To attend the wedding, guests must book their room through our official wedding hotel link.
Destination weddings work differently than local ones. Our room block is part of what makes our ceremony and reception possible at the resort.
Booking within our group:
Confirms your access to the wedding spaces
Helps cover required event commitments
Keeps everyone together for the full experience

The link to book your hotel room will be provided a few days after you submit the RSVP for Step 1. The deadline to book your hotel room will be October 31, 2026.
Estimated Hotel Cost
Room rates vary based on room type and number of guests sharing. Typical pricing for all-inclusive ranges per person, per night.
Suites and premium options are available at higher tiers.
Final room selection happens during booking, but this gives you a general idea while deciding.
When booking, the Standard Oceanfront will be the default selection for everyone for the designating 3-day block starting on November 4. Upgrading your room to a premier suite and increasing your days of stay can be accomplished after you perform your initial booking. Instructions for that will be in the booking link.

Hotel Rates for Children
While our wedding events are limited to invited guests only, children are welcome to stay at the resort with you as part of your hotel booking.
If you’re traveling with children, just be sure your room booking reflects the correct number and ages of guests so the hotel can apply the proper rate.

Traveling Solo? Want to Share a Room?
If you’re coming solo and would like to share a room to reduce costs, you can fill out our Room Share Interest Form.
This form is designed for guests who are willing to share accommodations. After submitting the form, you will receive a list of all other guests who have also signed up as solo travelers. You will then coordinate directly with each other to arrange and book your rooms.
Please submit this room share interest form by July 31, 2026 so we can have a complete list of guests who are intending to share accommodations.

During our private wedding events, you’ll dine with us as part of those hosted functions. At other times, you are free to explore the resort’s restaurants on your own.
The goal is a smooth, easy experience where you can simply arrive, settle in, and enjoy the weekend.
Before You Book Your Hotel
Because this is a destination wedding at a contracted all-inclusive resort, guest room bookings are directly connected to the wedding itself. Booking through our group link, arriving as planned, and completing your stay helps us meet the hotel commitments that make our ceremony and reception possible. Late cancellations, no-shows, or reservations made outside the group can create financial gaps that fall back on us, which is why we share these policies up front. We completely understand that travel plans can feel like a big commitment, and we’re so grateful to everyone who is able to make the trip and be part of this experience with us. Please review the below to ensure you are informed.
We want you to have as much information as possible before completing Step 1 with submitting your RSVP and then move on to Step 2 with confirming your attendance with booking your hotel.

Guests must book before the group cut-off date (Oct 31, 2026)
After the cut-off, rooms are subject to availability and higher public rates

Default 3-Day Stay is for Thursday, November 4 to Sunday, November 7, 2027.
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Late checkout without prior approval may result in an extra night charge
You may choose to extend your booking 3 days before and/or 3 days after the 3-Day Stay window.

A 2-night deposit is required at booking
That deposit is non-refundable
30–60 days before arrival, the remaining balance is charged in full
After final payment, the reservation is non-refundable
This means once you book, your stay quickly becomes financially locked in.

Cancelling after final payment results in full loss of stay cost
If a guest does not show up, the full stay is still charged
If a guest leaves early, the unused nights are still charged
This is a resort policy tied to the wedding room block agreement.

Your all-inclusive covers meals and drinks, but not everything. Guests pay directly for:
Spa services (discounted but not free)
Off-resort excursions
Certain premium experiences
Personal purchases
A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.

During private wedding functions, guests must dine at the hosted event rather than other resort restaurants at the same time.

The resort may move events indoors due to weather. This doesn’t affect your booking, but expectations should be flexible.

Guests are responsible for any damages or incidents caused during their stay.

After you submit your RSVP, you’ll receive a separate email with the official booking link and instructions.

If a hotel booking is not completed by the deadline, the RSVP may be released so we can reassign capacity. Extensions can be requested if needed but we request to be informed 1 month in advance (request your extension by September 30, 2026).
Dress Code and Theme for the Wedding Day

The following is the dress code for the Wedding Day itself.
The Vibe: Coastal elegance in deep ocean tones with a modern, polished feel. Picture dark blues and outfits that feel sleek, romantic, and elevated. This is a refined resort formal. Not tropical or beachy, but dressy, streamlined, and intentional.
Shades of Navy for Guests: Color direction for guests leans strongly into blues like navy and midnight.
Gold or Silver for Accents: Guests may also choose to accessorize with either gold or silver metallics. Please note that these metallics are only for accents and should not serve as your entire outfit.
Not Allowed: Bright tropical colors, bold prints, or lighter blues.
If your outfit feels like something you would wear to a beautiful, dressed-up dinner overlooking the ocean at sunset, just elevated for a special occasion, you are right on theme.
Time to Confirm!
Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation when searching for your RSVP.
If a guest spot has been reserved for you, you’ll be prompted at the beginning of the RSVP process to include their name. If you do not see that option, it means a plus-one was not included in your invitation.
You are still welcome to travel with a companion and share accommodations at the hotel. However, due to venue capacity limits, only invited guests will be able to attend the wedding ceremony and reception.
